There’s a reason why your rearview mirror is smaller than your windshield. It’s because you should be focusing on the future, not the past.

You cannot change the past regardless of how long you continue to overanalyze it. Your past should get the credit for making you the resilient person that you are, today. Use it as teaching points, not as handcuffs. Keep moving forward!
