If you spend more time focusing on your problems than you do your goals, it only means one thing: your goals are not big enough! Your so called problems are what’s happening right now. Your goals, they’re a representation of where you want to go.
Take a look at your car windshield. Notice how big it is? Now take a look at your rear view mirror and compare it to the size of your windshield. Why is it smaller? Because you should be focused on your future, not the past!
So ask yourself this question, do I work for my problems or do I work for my goals? Here’s a hint, only one of these options will keep you motivated.
